Division of work: Responsible for the management of administrative charges, charges for public benefits and operating service price of the city; examine and approve of items of administrative charges and charges for public benefits with the relevant departments, establish and adjust the charging standards; responsible for establishing the implementation measures for charging management of property service of the city; check and ratify the charging standards for prophase property service of common residence; organize the implementation of charging supervision and management of property service; determine and adjust the operating service price within the examination and approval authority and the charging standards; organize the implementation of charge permit system and periodical examination and verification system; organize the implementation of the decision-making hearing system on the service price relevant to functions of the office; organize the professional training and examination for toll collectors; implement charging and price supervision and examination system; guide the cost and expenditure investigation relevant to charging and service price; organize the implementation of charging examination system involving agriculture and enterprises; implement the relevant price intervention measures, specify the price behaviors of operators and guide the price autonomy work organized by relevant operating service industries; take part in clearing up and rectifying arbitrary charges, and coordinate and handle the disputes on charges
