Division of work: Responsible for the comprehensive management on the investment, construction period, quality and safe production of key construction projects of the city; organize the compilation of the annual plan for the key construction projects and network plan of the key projects; responsible for the inspection, supervision, coordination and service during the implementation process of the key projects; responsible for examining and approving the commencement report of the projects; responsible for the examination and approval of the rewarding measures, major design change and budget estimate adjustment during the implementation process of the key projects of the city; organize completion acceptance of projects and the post evaluation work; responsible for summarizing, information exchange and the relevant propaganda of key projects, contest activity for making contributions to key projects and the evaluation, summarization and commendation work; responsible for the comprehensive management on inspection of key projects of the city; carry out inspection for the examination & approval, engineering tendering and bidding, construction progress, engineering quality, capital use and investment budget estimate control of the key construction projects invested by the state, province and city; put forward measures and suggestions for the major problems found during the inspection, and responsible for supervising the rectification and implementation by the inspected units; responsible for the contents change, budget estimate adjustment, inspection and examination of the key projects and the key construction projects invested by government under entrustment; responsible for the post evaluation (review) work of the key projects and the key construction projects invested by government
