Division of work: Work out the development strategy for the city’s agriculture and rural economy; organize the compilation of medium-and-long-term development general plan for agriculture and rural economy, the rural and agricultural infrastructures construction plan and rural ecological environment construction plan; work out the special development plans and policies on linking up and coordinating agriculture, forestry, ocean and fishery, water conservancy, meteorology, agricultural machinery, etc.; preside over the examination, approval and records of agricultural investment projects; work out the annual plan on municipal fiscal construction funds in such industries as agriculture, forestry, ocean and fishery, water conservancy, meteorology, agricultural machinery, etc.; responsible for the evaluation on the sustainable development impact of  development and utilization of agricultural natural resources of the construction projects; responsible for the comprehensive management of agricultural resources and agricultural division of the whole city; participate in the comprehensive agricultural development of the whole city; responsible for compiling the construction plan and the annual construction plan for implementing the comprehensive economic development pilot projects of small towns; responsible for monitoring and analyzing the operation situation of agriculture and rural economy; undertake the routine work of the city’s Agricultural Resources Division Committee Office
