Division of work: (I) Compile the reconstruction planning and annual implementation plan with the municipal reconstruction support command office according to the uniform arrangement and requirements of the provincial reconstruction support office, the municipal Party committee, the municipal government and the municipal reconstruction support leading group, and make it submitted to the leading group for examination; (II) Responsible for linking the reconstruction support tasks determined by the province with the provincial reconstruction support office, and make efforts to make the major reconstruction support tasks of our city listed into the provincial reconstruction support plan; (III) Compile the capital arrangement plan for the towns to which the support is provided with the municipal Finance Bureau; (IV) Compile the plan and annual implementation plan for the projects other than those in the reconstruction support tasks determined by the province with the municipal reconstruction support command office. Balance the work tasks for the towns to which the support is provided and report to the reconstruction support leading group for examination; (V) Establish the corresponding reconstruction support policies, project management measures and capital management measures with the reconstruction support command office, and report to the municipal reconstruction support leading group for examination; (VI) Responsible for coordinating the supporting tasks in terms of manpower and intelligence; (VII) Responsible for coordinating the work of the reconstruction support offices of various counties (cities) and districts; (VIII) Responsible for the statistics and report of relevant information, edit Brief Report for Supporting the Reconstruction of Qingchuan; (IX) Complete other tasks assigned by the reconstruction support leading group
