Division of work: 1. Supervise and inspect the Party organization, party member cadres and the objects of supervision from the committee and the subordinate units in implementing the Party’s lines, guidelines, policies, resolutions and the state’s law, rules and regulations, policies, decisions and commands; 2. Investigate and verify the case in violation of Party discipline involving the party members of the committee and party member cadres of the subordinate units; 3. Investigate and verify the behaviors of objects of supervision in violating the state’s law, rules and regulations and government discipline, and give the handling suggestion according to the relevant regulations; 4. Assist the Party Working Committee under the Development and Reform Commission and the commission leaders in performing well in construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government, rectifying the harmful practice of the departments and industries; 5. Assist the relevant departments in party conduct and discipline and government discipline education for party member cadres and the objects of supervision; 6. Accept and handle the revelation, impeachment and indictment for the problems of the Party organization, party members and the objects of supervision from the committee and the subordinate units in violating party discipline and government discipline; accept and handle the appeal of party members and the objects of supervision of our unit who refuse accepting the party or government disciplinary punishments; 7. Guide the discipline inspection and supervision work of the development and reform system of the city; 8. Complete the tasks assigned by the municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, Supervisory Bureau, Party Working Committee under the Development and Reform Commission and the commission leaders
