Division of work: Establish the national economic and social development strategies of the city, medium-and-long-term plans, productivity layout plans and urbanization development plans; responsible for the comprehensive management relevant to examination linking, balancing and evaluation adjustment of various plans; examine and approve the project proposal of various plans; comprehensively coordinate urbanization-related endeavor; responsible for the linkage between the medium-and-long-term plans and annual plans; responsible for the comprehensive management on regional planning and regional development of the whole city; responsible for the comprehensive management of planning funds; work out the project planning for annual survey, and carry out capital arrangement and completion supervision; undertake the routine work of city’s Urbanization Coordination and Leading Group Office
