Division of work: Organize the drafting of the rules, regulations and policies in terms of economic and social development, system reform and commodity prices; evaluate and check the implementation of them with the relevant departments; responsible for the legal propaganda, education and training of the department; guide the legal work in the system; responsible for handling the case relevant to violation of administrative regulations and handling administrative review and the work relevant to responding to administrative litigation; responsible for the legal review, records, sorting out and compilation of regulatory documents of the department (including establishment of the comprehensive policy on tendering and bidding of the city and the relevant rules, regulations and systems)
