According to the related authority on July 28, Ningbo Quality Agricultural Produce Sales Center will open its branches in Shanghai and Yiwu in September this month.

Shanghai Xijiao International Farm Products Direct Sales Center is in Qingpu District of Shanghai. With a business area of 40,000 square meters, the center is the one of the largest distributing centers for agricultural products in Shanghai. The Ningbo center, covering an area of 22 square meters, will be located in this center. The Ningbo branch center in Yiwu will be in Yiwu Non-staple Food Market, covering an area of about 400 square meters.

A related person from Ningbo Municipal Agricultural Bureau said that the two sales centers should be managed and operated as enterprises. However, as a public-welfare project, no entry fee and management fee should be paid for all the agricultural products in the two centers.
