Fee-charging Management Department

Work Division: to implement administrative and institutional fee-charging policies; be responsible for administrative and institutional fee-charging of the city and price management of business and services; to formulate prices of businesses and services within the administrative authority, to give advices on the formulation and adjustment of price standards on fee-charging; to organize and implement the Charging License System and the System of Performing Regular Inspection; to organize and implement relevant hearing systems on service prices making; to organize professional trainings and make appraisals for cashiers; to participates in the work of investigation of relevant fee-charging and costs of service prices; to implement price intervention measures, normalize proprietors’ behavior of pricing, and to guide the work of pricing with self-disciplines; to participate in the work of rectify arbitrary fee-charges; to coordinate disputes on fee-charging in the city.
